DrGiovanniOlsson

Giovanni Olsson is a native of Sant'anna do Livramento / RS. He joined the Judiciary as a Civil Servant of the Regional Labour Court of the 4th Region (RS) in 1991 and, successively, joined the Magistracy in the Regional Labour Court of the 9th Region (PR) and in the Regional Labour Court of 12th Region (SC), where he is currently the holder of a District Labour Court. He also served in the CNJ as Auxiliary Judge of the National Inspector of Justice.
He has studied Philosophy and holds a degree in Social and Legal Sciences (UFRGS). As a postgraduate student, he holds specializations, as well as a Master's degree and doctorate in Law (UFSC).
He develops research and teaching activities (undergraduate and postgraduate) in the areas of Labour Law, International Relations, Power and Development, Learning and Research Methodology and Pedagogical Articulation. Lecturer and author of several papers, he was a researcher at the University of the European Union and integrates research networks and several national and foreign scientific entities.
He has experience in teaching and coordinating professional training of Magistrates within Judicial Schools since 1999, holding international qualification.
At ENAMAT, he held the positions of Advisor (2006 to 2011 and 2015 to 2016) and  Judge-Assessor of the Director and responsible for courses coordination (2010 to 2013 and 2015 to 2016), a position that resumed in March 2018.
