Breno Medeiros was born in Curitiba (PR). He is graduated in Law from the Law School of the Federal University of Parana (1991), specialized in Quality Engineering - MBA - Master Business Administration – from the University of São Paulo - USP. He was a Public Prosecutor of the Public Prosecution of Paraná between 1991 and 1992. He joined the judiciary in 1992 as Substitute District Labour Judge of the 18th Region. He was promoted to District Labour Judge of the 9th District Labour Court of Goiania, in 1993. He chaired the Association of Labour Magistrates of the 18th Region (AMATRA XVIII) between 1997 and 1999 and served as an ombudsman judge between 2001 and 2002 to the Regional Labour Court.
In 2009 he became a Regional Labour Court Judge of the 18th Region, by merit. He was Vice-President and Inspector in the biennium 2015/2017 and President of the Court in the year 2017.
He acted as a Substitute Superior Labour Court Justice from May/2014 to December/2015.
He served as a Counselor to the Superior Labour Justice Council - CSJT - as a representative of the Midwest Region in 2017.
He joined the Superior Labour Court as Justice on November 9, 2017, in a spot aimed to the Judiciary career, due to the retirement of Justice Antonio José de Barros Levenhagen. He is part of the fifth chamber, the Special Body and Subsection I of Specialized Section in Individual Bargaining.
